Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 5, 2026  ·  Last updated: November 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Net Way Solutions Inc. (“Net Way Solutions”, “we”, “us” or “our”), 3638 N. Rancho Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89130, collects, uses and shares information about you when you visit www.netwaysolution.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. It is intended to satisfy applicable U.S. federal and state requirements, including the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A, the Delaware Online Privacy and Protection Act and, where applicable, other U.S. state consumer privacy laws.

1. Information we collect

a) Information you provide

When you use our contact form we collect:

We ask that you do not include sensitive information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers or health information) in your message.

b) Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data in server logs, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages requested and date/time of access. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting and to keep the Site running.

The Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social media pixels.

c) Google reCAPTCHA

To protect the contact form from spam and abuse we use Google reCAPTCHA, a service provided by Google LLC. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information (such as device and application data, IP address and cookies) and sends it to Google for analysis. This information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. reCAPTCHA is loaded only to provide this security function.

3. How we use information

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we will not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We share information only with the following categories of third parties:

5. Third-party tracking across websites

We do not permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites through our Site for advertising purposes. Google may collect information through reCAPTCHA as described above, under its own privacy policy.

6. “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to DNT signals, the Site does not change its behavior in response to them. Since we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of; nonetheless, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information.

7. Data retention

We keep contact-form messages and related correspondence only as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last communication, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are retained for a limited period set by our hosting provider.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards — including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission — to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law, including NRS 603A.220.

9. Your privacy rights and choices

You may at any time ask us to:

Depending on your state of residence (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws), you may have additional rights, such as the right to know the categories and specific pieces of information collected, the right to data portability, and the right to appeal a decision about your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

We will verify your request using the information you provide (normally by confirming control of the email address you used) and respond within the time required by law (generally within 45 days). If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Privacy Appeal”.

Nevada residents

Nevada law (NRS 603A.300–603A.360) gives Nevada consumers the right to direct an operator not to sell their covered information. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. You may nonetheless submit a verified opt-out request to our designated request address: info@netwaysolution.com (subject “Nevada Opt-Out”). We will respond within 60 days.

Under CalOPPA you may review and request changes to the personally identifiable information you submitted through the Site by contacting us as described above. Under California Civil Code §1798.83 (“Shine the Light”), you may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes; we do not make such disclosures. To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) applies to us, the categories, sources, purposes and recipients of personal information described in Sections 1–4 constitute our notice at collection, and we have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months.

For material changes, we will also display a prominent notice on the Site’s home page and, where we have your email address and the law requires it, notify you by email.
